The orders are shipped by and from VetSupreme veterinary equipment, Zdroj 31c, 62-065 Grodzisk Wielkopolski, POLAND, EU.

The shipping cost will appear at the last stage of placing your order.

The orders are delivered by DHL, DPD, UPS, Fedex or polish postal (depending on the destination).

The orders are shipped within 5 working days. The customised products orders are shipped within 10 working days. If you need to receive the products faster, send us an e-email info@vetsupreme.pl

If your destination does not appear during order placing, please contact us to quote the delivery cost info@vetsupreme.pl

RETURNS

You can return or exchange purchased products within 14 days of receiving the product. Made-to-measure products are non-returnable. Write to us about the return and send the package by the method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
